About Emmanuel Jacob, MD

I am presently in private practice in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain management, and medical acupuncture. The scope of my practice is multimodal and patient specific.

My practice encompasses evaluation and treatment of neuromusculoskeletal diseases. This also includes occupational and vocational assessment and comprehensive evaluation of the patient. I provide continuity of care and appropriate use of consultant services, etc.

I also perform therapeutic physiatric procedures, including injection treatment for pain, diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound guided injection, diagnostic studies of EMG/NCS studies, and acupuncture treatment.
